The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed amendments to the Zoning Code and made a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on September, 13, 2024. The Zoning Map is currently under review by the Planning Commission.
Cultural Campus District

The proposed Cultural Campus District consists of properties within the Township owned by the Brandywine Conservancy and Museum of Art and is in affiliation with their Master Plan. The Cultural Campus District, which would be a new zoning district within the Township, is under review and consideration by the Planning Commission.
